Alleged Land Seller Refutes Claims
Milford Ossai Stevens, who has been accused of illegal land sales by residents of Brewerville, lower Virginia in Montserrado County has denied the claims. Milford also refuted reports that he is on the run, and there is a hunt for him. He challenged his accusers to prove that he has been involved in illegal sale of land in township.
Milford described himself as a reputable and established young man with clean character, who fought to expose those allegedly involved in the illegal sale of lands in Brewersville.
He accused staff in the office of Brewerville City Mayor, specifically Othello Parker, Clerk of the City of Brewersville; Chris Morris, member of the Brewersville Council Township and others alleged involved in the illegal sale land in the community. Milford also accused Mayor Lucida Eastman Herbert of conniving with her staff in selling private land in Brewerville.
"Because I exposed the Mayor and her boys for selling people land in the community, that’s why they are trying to fight back, pretending that they are clean, but I challenge anyone, who calls himself Frank Coleman to stand in front of me and say I Stevens, sold his land. In fact, it is Parker and his bad boys, who pretending to the media,” he said in anger.
He disclosed that an indictment will shortly be issued by the court against staff in the office of Mayor Lucida Estate Herbert for their alleged involvement in the illegal sale of land. When contacted via mobile phone, an unidentified person in the office of Mayor Herbert said she is not well, and could not respond to the allegation.
