Protest awaits Urey

A group of youths under the banner of “Campaigners for Justice Inc.” has threatened a protest action against presidential hopeful, Mr. Benoni Urey of the National Patriotic Party, (NPP) for his alleged link to the murder of Saye Lamin some time back in 2007.

BWI student stabbed to death

A 22-year-old senior student of the Booker Washington Institute (BWI) in Kakata, Margibi County has been stabbed to death by an 18-year-oldman. Isaac Dolo allegedly stabbed Moses Kolleh to death adjacent the SAPOE Entertainment center on Sunday, April 6, 2014 following confusion between them at a play station booth in Kakata.

Sen. Ballout faces more criticisms

Maryland County Senior Senator John Ballout, who is seeking re-election, has come under serious tension in the county with youth groups and politicians criticizing him for what they called his in ability to represent the people of Maryland. Some aggrieved Marylanders residing in Monrovia criticized Senator Ballout of not advocating for his people.
